Regular Season:

October-June: Starting at $50.00 single rate

Peak Season:

July-Sept:  Starting at  $60.00 single rate

*This price is for single occupancy only.

A charge of $5. each addition person and sales tax will be added to single rate
($10.00 for second person in queen room)

Pet Policy:

*Dogs only(no cats,birds or other)at an extra charge-per pet, per night:

Small Breed - $5.00

Medium Size - $10.00

Large Breeds - $15.00 - $20.00

No more than two small or one medium to large animal per room. Some rooms are not available for pet guests. Pets must be leashed at all times, not left in vehicles and never left unattended in rooms.

Rooms have either one full size, one full and one twin, or one full and two twin beds. We have one room with a queen size bed that will sleep two adults(No kids/pets). We don't have cribs, rollaways,cots or pullouts. Rooms sleep two, three, or four people(no charge for infants who sleep with parents or in a travel crib provided by guest)

Weekly rates (for work crews, sport fishermen, ect) are available in the off season only. We do not offer monthly rates or do residential housing. Weeklys not available for families or guests with pets. We do not have air conditioning but do have fans, screen doors, and are set at the tree line for comfy cool breezes on summer evenings. We have propane for heat and hot water as well as a generator to keep everyone cozy in the winter.

We do not have phones in the rooms but Verizon and Alltel cells generally have service here.
